Register a new accountIt may be normal, as a single coalition torpedo uses 100 cargo space.
So if your ship has less than 100 cargo hold you will not be able to carry any 
(you would need 200 cargo to hold 2, 300 for 3, etc...)

There is no safe passage to this wreck (in Venn).
I was only able to reach it and survive on board of a battleship,
although any possible loot blows up with the gas before being able to tractor it.
I do not see relationship with GMG quest though?
If you reached Inner Core systems, then this quest (to get access
to the IC hypergate) is completed
