Indeed. Disco is no fun anyways, stay on CF and do what pirates do, kill police and have fun. I mean hell, you died in NY for running through Custo to reach NY after being told you couldnt pass, by me the leader of BG no less. So what, its not like you lose much, 100k credits, big deal.

You claim you was going to help a noob, maybe you was maybe you wasnt, but none of us knew that. All we had to go on was you trying to escape to NY to avoid RP after putting a random bounty on one of my new recruits for absolutly no reason other then 'Hes a cop". Whom btw I havent seen or heard from since that happened. And FYI there were a lot of cops online at that time, you just chose to pick on the lowest ranking cop on the server.

This is an RP server where everyone is supposed to have fun and play the game, its not real life so stop complaining about stupid shit and play the game and enjoy your time like the rest of us.

Yeah that deffinately looks like a video card incompatibality issue. So you might have to reinstall and set everything to their loweest options, and turn on compatability mode.

Also it might not help much in the grand scheme of things, but if you can find updated drivers for your video card, that might also help.

Well I figured since I had a similar problem on a laptop while playing TES Skyrim, with vsync turned on the game would blink and flash alot, then crash, but with it off, it worked fine with no crashes. I cant say the same will happen with CF but figured it was worth looking into.

Also if you installed CF with the advanced shaders active, mobile graphics cards hate that and tend to freak out. So maybe disabling that(Not sure if you can disable without reinstall or not) might help.

If I recall, Freelancer has always had problems working with laptop onboard graphics cards, especially if your video card settings have Vsync enabled by default. Try turning off your vsync in the video card settings.

Swag, Everyone here is right, you didnt have to just up and leave BG just because you was asked quite politely to be honest, to change your name to something less offensive to whoever it was that was being offended by it. As I told you ingame, it didnt offende me, I had no problem with it. However there were other people that it did insult and I was trying to correct the issue because im trying to keep BG in good standing with everyone else. After all I am trying to revive it and that takes alot of diplomacy and effort.

I knew from the start that you was in BG awhile ago and had also been in almost all of the other clans as well. I believe in second chances, so I let you rejoin in the hopes that things had changed and that you would do everything that I expect from a fellow BG member, but it seems as though nothing from the past has changed.

I really hope you can find a clan that you actually enjoy being in, so that you may have some real fun in CF but if not, at least know that you can come to me ingame if you need any assistance. If you decide to leave, that is up to you and I hope you find enjoyment in whatever other game you decide to join.

Its all good now. They came back to Custo for a time but I drove them out in tears, and their tails tucked under their legs like lost puppies. XD

Besides, by increasing rewards for missions, it allows for even more RP in the long run. Pirates/Police can easily interfere with a mission, making it harder or near impossible to finish and if someone cant finish a mission, they dont get rewarded therefor making missions even more of a risk.

I totally have to go with the SR2. Not only does it have a much larger, and better organized interior, but it also allows for several upgrades that make a huge different on the last mission. On top of that, unlike in the first game, because of EDI, in one of the missions, you have to actually decide who helps you, EDI or Joker. Which imo is an awesome addition.

If you think thats big, go to the Inner Core, and find your way back to Sov without dying. That right there is time consuming and challenging, lol.

Ive been running Win 7 for awhile now and CF works great as far as I know, at least Ive never had any problems with it.

No, you just have to know the exact jump holes to go through because only certain ones go the right way. If you dont know the order then you wont be able to get out. As stated SMG can get you out because its their system so they know the order.

Just face it guys, OP doesnt want something like that because it takes away from certain RP situations. Besides if he does add it, it will just mean having to wait longer to get 1.81 since that will be one other thing to add. If we are lucky, and OP decides that a command thing for money transfers will be good, he might add it in 1.9, but that wont be for at least a few years and only if he decides it'll be a good idea.
