    I know its been awhile, I got sick some time ago, like a few days. I have some designs, maybe good for the new version of Border World Shipyard vessels and fighters or a offset of ships. I had a sudden burst of creativity and used the idea that I used for the Warship I created which was the first.

    The feighters are double the length of the fighters and have uni-horizon engines. The others, except the fighters, have bridges inside the ship and uses sensor arrays to pilot the ship to see whats in front. I kept that Freelancer "Ship-line" idea of ships with the similar design that tells its of this brand and seris. I can have them with the Dreadnaught that was in the other post, the black and white unique looking one. I can do it tomorrow; -5:00 GMT. So Ill save them as the 3ds and obj format, incase one or the other is damaged for some unknown reason, and then send em off tomorrow. The Zoner Feighter design I am leaving out, cause I hadnt had time to work on it.

    Sorry that I havent responded or sent the models just yet, that Battleship, which is the white and black organic looking one, Im attempting to make fighters that would fit a similar design. Their not going to be the same model with wings on it, gonna try to move away from that traditional concept.

    Yeah, I am, also the reason for the lack of textures is that me and UV mapping do not get along ever so well. I lost the code for my other 3 characters from Disco, so I had to make 3 new ones. But, if you take the converstation about Disco to the Starport, alot of people there keep a objective view, being open about it, and believed that Disco has some good, but Gallia, Bombers, ID Cards, and Player-Governed Factions that are offical factions have horrible stability. I am trying to portray like 9 characters that are part of a organization called the Sirius Science Committee. Issue is that not alot of people were willing to join, even though it was open to anyone with a mutual rep torwards most factions.




    Technically, if I gave SWAT Dev team the models, I think the way they would be textured would be up to the devs. Anyway, I like to try concepts out before presenting them. But as it has become obvious, people of Disco(Not the Devs themselves) reject any serious changes that would cause alterations for the server.

    I save them in both formats, but for universal purpouses, it will be in .obj format. Since its late for me, since I have to wake up at 6 AM for College, heres a single perspective shots of my models, I can make multi-shot perspective, but Ill have to wait till tomorrow.

    Its just it been a long while since anyone else had heard about it. For the Freelancer 2 Project your doing, is it possible to contribute or if anything is contributed, they need to be in a certain format? I have quite a few models I have, some ship models and some station modual models. Theyre kinda just sitting around on me PC.

    Before anyone says, "Why don't you do it yourself?", Cause I have tried and failed. Appearently, even following tutorials, I can't create a brand new Texture. I had tried for a long time already, so Im resorting to asking those willing to do so. I tend to get to into my modelling, which might be good and bad, but I like to "scuplt" the model to where I think it's ready. I will give 2 versions of the file, Object and Wings Formats, if those wanting to see the model in Wings 3D and make minor touches of their own. A image of coloization of the model will be given to indicate engine exaust, windows, etc. Files will be in WinRAR Zip and sent Via Email, Private Message my Forum account if you feel insecure about posting your Email openly.     They seem close to getting to a point where it might be almost ready to be released. Might be interesting to see how well it does. Course, when it's released, I probly would be a Smuggler or Merc in a Assault Transport or combat freighter. It somewhat looks similar to the Demo Video for the FL2 Project o_0

    Since I have college and the issue of getting a job, Ive been kind of falling behind in my model making. I have been doing redesigns of certain models, a replacement, and a addition. I haven't been doing texturing, so their just basic. Good thing is that their all made from a octotoad and the bridge area on top are dodecahedron, resculpted. Size comparison might take a bit. Coloriztion is not what it would look like after completion. I was also wondering, about the Freelancer 2 Project, what engine are you using, cause I was thinking they could go into Freelancer 2 Project. If not, its ok then.

    I had made several audio files that are loops, which is best for games like Freelancer and Crysis. 2 of them are partials of 2 Halo Tracks, Halo 2: Prologue and Halo 2: Never Forget. I also have a audio loop that I got by a fluke, of the audio from Call of Duty 4, known as "Scoutsniper Dash", the mission about Cpt. Price when he was a "Leftenant". I can send a WinRAR Archive of the file.     I was going to add foot-steps, but I didn't get the chance to do so. If you have scripted videos you want sound in, but dont have the program for it, I got Sony Vegas 9.0c, if interested :3 But anyway, if you want the audio files, Ill be gladly to give em to anyone willing to use em.

    I have a interesting question. I saw a video on Disco Forums, the video contained models in which were from your Continum Lancer's Dream project. To be more specific, the station model. I remember seeing it on the ModDB page for that mod. Is there any relations to the Freelancer 2 Project? Or did someone from the Dev Team offered the model? I just really want to know cause its a bit confusing.

    The idea for the Zepplin that it was a Zoner made ship, but not for zoner use. The SSC faction allowed from their LF to Transports for civilian, but gunships and up are restricted. I had also made a concept that had the idea of having solar panels on the ship, but it was too organic looking to be a human vessel. all the ships I had made were to have average stats of all the ship classes theyre were. All designed to be able to enter and exit atmosphereic conditions. The freighter I had for a concept wasnt the best one, looked more as a bomber than anything. So Im redoing that model as soon as I can. I have college 2 days out of each week, 1 class, so I should get a model ready before long. The Recluse is a "maybe" if Im lucky.

    The Recluse was a redone for a faction idea I mentioned earlier. It was for a faction called Sirius Science Committee or SSC for short. But, as I said before, I couldnt get it in Disco cause of all the bias members, like Echo7-7. Alot of the ships I posted on their forums were shot down cause they have been playing nothing by Disco, so Im dismissing all their remarks.

    With the Escort Fighter, I had also made another another ship, a capital. This was after I made another one, which I will post the image of. Theyre both overlayed of smooth with face-outline. First one is a simple model, the Recluse Carrier.



    Its a hard-sharp, more geometric, and it more for high-tech organization type thing. The next ship was for a faction idea, but it was shot down, you guys might want to use it, idk. The Zepplin Assault Carrier is more of a aggressive carrier than the Recluse. If it had made its way into Discovery, it would probly alot more aggressive than the carriers in that mod.



    The Zepplin is in .obj format, so if you want to use it, I can send you the file. Im not saying you would use em, but if you do, it would be ok. A main reason I started, more importantly, wanted to do modelling was cause of seeing Kuse's models, which were totally badass.

    This is Teh Critic from ModDB, not gonna bother asking about those concepts cause instead I got Wings 3D, Milkshape, and CMPEditor installed. I had been doing some models, getting the controls figured out. Im still trying to get the texturing, which Ill probly look at the tutorials here. This was considered "Not something by Freelancer.", by those on the Discovery Servers, full of crap they are. It was originally a Gunship idea, then I changed it to a SHF instead.



    Remember, I havent converted it yet for Milkshape use, I made some tweaks to it from the pervious version. It was designed after a fighter line I tried to make that didnt get into Disco, which I dont care anymore. I think its really ideal, more realistic for space travel, then to atmosphereic.
