Thanks m8, now the freedom forums is working and it divide in two section: General and Tavern section which is visible to anyone and Clan section which is only visible to clan members. No I need to look for the color pallete code cause I do not like those color at all so I will change.

I ve been away for a while for different reasons but that doesnt mean I left. So far this is what is done:

1st.- The forum is set with a clan domain. I will start to work with some of the sections tonight that I have more time. You can visit the Freedom forums here eventhough you wont find anything today but maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. It is an slow process cause Im starting to learn how to do this stuff. 2nd.- I also working on the ship. Im using 2 software and I will see with which one I get more confortable to work with. The 2 software for modelling are:

That is a cloaked shroud ...it is kind of partial cloak cause you still could notice it at close range a blue blur image I dont remember if it was in Starlancer or one of the Wing Commander series where you have to shoot down torpedoes with cloak capability, that was really fun...

It could be deep in Coalition space and it would like the last stand for a new resistance or instead of making an station we could take one of the small planets :)...dont know but it could be interesting.

@OP is talking about the game balance...that is what CF differs from others, he was careful to balance every detail...

An Aquiles to defeat, everyone has at least 1 week spot, who kows, maybe a new legend would born. Of course, both side has to agree on this before the battle.

No, we dont have console access. The server automatically reboot few minutes before the events start and we have the ads running all week & weeking for server event. This is much better than before where we did need someone to reboot the server plus I have to PM with a detailed explanation to each player to meet at the arena, remember Now, I just say to the majority, please, Arena now, event would start in few...

Anyway, my fellow Dragon, this have been proposed in the other thread about Event + RP...

But I have to go back and work a little more. Plus misserably to me Im not going to finish today so I will have to go tomorrow too in order to get some schools computer labs ready by monday first time. My family is not happy about it but well, that job is our income so...sorry about today cause it just my fault if the Assault Event doesnt go.

Baldwin - Events doesnt take much/ no more than 3hours top except for the time set cause if you have to do something in RL is understable. New hands are always needed for major events. The time you spend in the small event it would be almost the same than on major events so you could be a hand to any of the event managers, I am sure many of us would really appreciated that

@ Wavey - Already contacted people informing my situation...

1.- How many pirate clans do we have and and how many are active asking for tax?
2.- When was the last time a mercenary clan got paid for an escort service?
3.- Have you seen a serious trader clan in the server (besides *at which its RP was not only trader) ?
4.- What point of view are you taking to answer to this thread, your own or you are watching the whole picture here?
5.- Have pirate clan(s) got good smuggling trades routes where their adrenaline pumps up just to the fact of running that route?
6.- Is it worth for a pirate clan to tax people here?
7.- What mercenaries clans do as RP besides PvP from time to time?
8.- What was the last time a bounty hunter clan got a job and in what was base of?

I dont know where people got the idea I was talking only about train routes or whatever. Darkstalker give us a good idea, maybe changing some ship cargo hold due to their setup would be a solution. That was what Im looking for, ideas, solution, impulse the RP for some factions and just few players did that or got what this thread was for.

I guess I have no more to say and I hope in the future, if this thread goes on, would be about writing suggestions, ideas, and so on in this matter.

TRADE Routes profit!!!! Next time you want to address someone as that people are lazy or whatever do your research first. I know all trade routes better than you cause Ive been here longer and already explore almost all systems, Definitily Im not in the mood to start to a flame war here. Im talking about trade routes / profit (long / short) and Im not tlaking about go on rampage killing to collect cargo pods or NPC pilots collection. There are only few good routes with not challange and after you been playing for a while you get bored to do same trades routes over and over again. Now, it is always OP choice and about traders clans officially there arent here (pfficially ok..remember that is the word I use) cause CF was not made for traders RP (there is not even a license) This is just a suggestion cause the amount of people are increasing and some of them have traders RP inclination. At the end, OP decides what to do but this is a logical request because he is already working on a pure PvP mode so CF could expand tits frontier. It will be benefit everyones RP. About the money, I already have plenty and I help people with it cause I dont do much PvP so life is cheap for in CF for now. Next time read careful because I was careful enough to say that I didnt want a sigma 19 trade route back which mean is not about the easy money. About commodities we have plenty and good variaty of them so we dont need more. Also, you talking about 1000/per unit profit, I talkng that good comodities just give than cause there are no variation, WHy dont we have like 1500/per unit profit, 1750/per unit profit, etc... almost all good commodities seems to have the same profit ration and no variation do for distance and danger. That is I was talking about. Also to make clear that this is not an easy task and that is why I making this proporsal for the future without speciafying which version.

Sorry everyone, too much work around here but it has been more than a month that I give this proporsal a thought plus the economy fl mod and some new traders around made fair enough to ask about it.

@ Gunny, *at was the only one and it wasnt just trader cause you know you will bore yourself out, you did smuggling and some other stuff to make interest. But what about pure traders that dont want to smugle weapon and would hire people for protection cause of the amount of money they carry. That would give a new job to mercenaries, pirates, and of course Pirates. It would boost RP. and officially I only can said *at was kind in the trader role.
@ all anyway, this was just a suggestion but it doesnt matter anymore cause this was for the community not for me.

PM or Email OP would be a faster way to get your trouble fix. Just send all what he requested and you will be fine and fix soon

It doesnt matter if they are short, long, etc but I think it would be good to have a new trade routes with better profit. We have a lot of commodities out there but the profit are not good enough sometimes. We have left with just few trade routes there. I dont mine that sigma 19 is gone and I dont want another sigma 19 but it would be nice to have better profitable routes from any of the original Fl sytem to the new CF systems. There could be some new illegal commodities routes too with a better profit (we do have a great set of commodities let use them)

Anyway, this is just a sugestion but i think new routes would boost a little some RP such as pirates and smugglers. I also understand that CF was not made for some RP but a Traders (or something similar rather than smuggler) licenses would be nice.

PS: I also hope this economy mod would be vailable soon and integrate it to CF. It would be nice to be able boost or diminish economy around by our actions

Sev is good and honest player. when he was in *at they did lot of trading. I remember when the new version of CF was going to come out, all R39 and *at traded like hell that night in sigma-19 because it will be the last of that trading paradise. I have the picture if you need them with all people involve doing their honest trading. About Sev, he and gunny do spend a lot of their money helping new people in New York when they were in *at. I rmember 1 night that I joined them and it was pretty nice. There was a guy looking for someone and he didnt speak any english and I dont remember his formal language but neither Sev aka Dodge this, nor gunny, not even myself could speak this guy's language. DOdge did have a little knowledge of it. So when we try to help him, he started to run all over Liberty systems. At the end we caught up with him and he finally understood we were there to help him. Gunny and Sev got him new guns and new ship. In few words, this guys spends heavy amount of money to get people started.

Last night i told some one that I wouldnt be involve in any issues but I have to stick my head in on Sev. In another thread this was what I was trying to say to the community. Misunderstanding, rumors could give a bad name not just to the people involve but to the community. My concerns are always the people i consider my friend and this community. I think both party got heavy damage on this, another new issue in our community. So we should just forget it and learn from it. I consider also Wavey to be a really good person. He was the first to help me out to start the Assault Event with darkstalker. Hehehe, you are goin to said, hell RG, you dont consider anyone a bad person. I can answer to that by saying in the SWAT community, the majority are good people. However each heads thinks and acts differently and sometimes you need to try to understand that. I remember once when I was in College at the USA, I have some Puerto Rican friends. One day they were in the library and I say hi using a comon word by Venezuelan people (not a good word but is not considered bad just a manner to say hello) These guys look at me strange but I had to left cause an exam. Next day, a friend of mine, a girl from honduras, which is friends to the Puerta Rican party asked me: Why in the world you spoke to your friends in that way? Why did you offend them? I was woooowww, what happen, you know me. Im not the kind of person that would do anything wrong to people 8at least no on porpuse) I asked her to explain me why they got offended and she explain because of word I said which was very offensive to Puerto Rican people (which is not to venezuelan people) From that day on I understand that every culture has their ways of speaking (even if it is the same language) and every person has his own way of behaving. Of course there are parameters, but dont you ever think that what we consider an standard parameter of behavior would be same everywhere i the world.

Anyway, as I said above, both party got some heavy damage here and even our own community. I just said learn from it, fix what it has to be fix, and move on. Dont take it personal, please, because even though we dont know everyone here, the first day you start to play here, you became a part of the Crossfire / SWAT community...you became part of a new famiy

Ok guys, I know both sides well enough that no one meant any harm. Even though it has been a while, I can say that MHawk and Sleepy are good people. Also, I can say the same for pcforce, he is a good guy too. Sometimes private conversations are lead to missinterpretation. Imagine, all the conversations I have with many of you (all parties include) and at the first time I feel treat about something so I run to the boards and post what it was said. You know I never do that (you all know me well enough eventhough it has been a while we got a good chat in space or in msn) and you all know what I m talking about. Maybe my intentions could be the best to protect my friends but I always understand what kind of conflict or flame war could go on and on cause I rush to post something or jump into my own conclusion. That is why I have never done that and all of you know that private manners I always solve them privately and I dont get anyone involve. What just happen here what cause by rushing and missinterpretation and it could harm a good relationship among 2 clans...Think about it...
