Ok, the tickets should be visible now.
The ticket system by default sets all tickets to "private" so only the assinged user and the original creator can access them.
In theory I would have had to set every tickets "public" by hand or simply deal with it in a private way.
Since I am a lazy person I simply edited the database of the ticketsystem and turned the "public" option as the default.
I will give staff members access rights to moderate tickets.
Also here I had to figure it out first. The image left to the Ticket-title is the edit function. Click it and you get the options.
