Trying to connect, shows server up

There are 8 replies in this Thread. The last Post () by Tyrael.

    Been trying to connect for past hour and was on 30 minutes before that. It shows the server up but keeps giving me a "this is taking longer than it should" message. Talked to one other person with the same problem.

    Yeah I guess my question was : is it server related as in someone is working on it or something? Or is it our end and then what can I do about it?
