EA to Expand 1503

    The german developer, Sunflowers has signed an agreement with Electronic Arts under which, EAwill publish ANNO 1503 Treasures, Monsters and Pirates in Europe.


    "Treasures, Monsters and Pirates" is an Expansion Set for the very popular ANNO 1503 - The New World, which was one of the most successful PC titles in 2003. It took over 700,000 enthusiastic players an amazingly short period of time to discover, settle and create their own wonderful world.


    The official Expansion Set offers exciting new challenges, additional detailed graphics, optimised game functions and new adventures that make Treasures, Monsters and Pirates an absolute must for ANNO 1503 fans. Amongst the enrichments to the world of ANNO 1503 are three new continuous play games and twelve more single-player scenarios in varying degrees of difficulty. A new battle scenario designed especially for newcomers offers players a quick sense of achievement.


    Sunflowers and EA will bring adventure to PCs worldwide in Spring 2004, in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch.

    noooooooooooooooooooo.....ive never heard of that game b4 but i can guarentee one thing...EA takes over, games get crap.


    Case study...C+C = great, Red Alert = Brilliant. Suddenly, westwood bought by EA...next thing we know...TIBERIAN SUN?? WTF was that pile of crap? and RA2 and Generals r equally rubbish (well, maybe not...that would be REALLY hard lol)


    EA are evil. look at the FIFA series. Theyve been going over 10 years and still havent got realistic AI or a good control system. LOL...**cries**

    I thought anno 1503 was really crap already!
    (well i only did play it for 5 minutes and then i "accidentaly" melted the cd with a lighter i "accidentaly" found in my pocket....)
    I agree Bhall that EA are pretty shit and Tiberian Sun was probably the worst game that ever got into my pc (and i put an awful amount of shit in my pc) but RA2 was a great game like the original red alert, but generals is quite cool altho i've never heard anyone complaining about there being no generals in C&C Genrals, it was one of the main bloody features supposed to be in the game!!!! you have to go out and buy the bloody expansion set for an extra £20 which adds the bloody generals and about nothing else (i'm glad i didnt pay anyting for them......)
    So EA are pretty evil all together as they helped the ppl at sony go and destroy my favourite console companies(bastards!) as they helped get rid off sega and now nintendo! whoa, sorry bout where i've gone with this i can go kinda off the subject sometimes lol.........
