Karak and Shroud

    Hello again.


    I open this threat about Karak because I have heard about this ship in last days in many times.


    Before posting here, I tried many fighters, and I fought against different fighters and ppl trying to get the max. information.


    My conclusion is that 2 fighters seems to be bugged a lot of times when you are fighting, Shroud and Karak.


    I shooted torps to these ships and they blowed up in their faces, and nothing happened. At the same time I checked that when my enemies hit me sometimes I had no damage, and it happened always with Shroud and Karak.


    But I have to say that it happened too against eagle and patriot, but not so often.I am sure that lag have some words here, but that is not the question.


    The question is: Is Karak Bugged? Is Shroud Bugged?


    Do you Have your own opinion?, have you tested it?.


    I Shooted to this 2 ship when they are stopped and I couldnt get any conclusion.

    I fly a Shroud, and once during a combat, my shields were down. I got hit by two Sunslayers... You can imagine my ship was blown to bits... :D


    Maybe this is due to lag? What's your connection speed? Are you behind a firewall?

    I fly a Karak and have no trouble with others causing damage to my ship. Just ask Argos or Eclipsya they have destroyed my ship many times lol.

    I have both a Shroud and a Karak, neither of which provides me any immunity from destruction! I have heard rumors of a front-armor bug on the Karak, but I was dispatched quite easily by CSF NPC's during a frontal assault a few days ago, so it does not seem to work for me... :P In fact, both the Shroud and the Karak's armor are lighter than the Saracen I also have, which is also quite easily blown to bits by most pilots...     I had someone refuse to fight me the other day cause they said my Karak was a bugged ship???


    Well my stats say it can be killed.


    From what u describe, maybe whats happening is that the other player was using CD's to blow up your torps.


    But re the bugged Shroud and Karak, i dont think so.


    Its more likely to be your connection as both these ships have been on CF for a long time without problems.

    when you couldnt hit the shroud maybe you fought a good player and just didnt hit him correctly (lag?)


    i use 2 shrouds and fight a lot with them, and dont think they are bugged.
    ok i dont die very often, but that is because of something else :P

    there is a prob with the karak at some moments marc it doesn't happen all the time but sometimes hits don't get registered and i had that prob in my shroud and my pred and my karak so it's an universal prob

    I fly a shroud, but i dont think it is bugged, ppl can kill me and I can kill ppl. And I have never had any problems killing karaks. :)

    Thank you all of you. I think that most of the players checked both ships and they concluded that Ships are not Bugged. Note that nobody said that ships are bugged


    Some PPL are starting to complain about Karak, maybe they should read these posts, and stop complaining 8)
