The Nephele system is a clan system ,VIS are listed as owning it

I saw VIS Darkxx in game last night and he said VIS are back. Good to see VIS again. Always happy to see the server clans strong.

VIS may own the system, but we have problem since a portion of the story-line is in there.

Darkxx has never had a problem with people following the line, just ask to do anything else

I hope VIS knows the new rules for ASF/CSF. They are listed as CSF. I wouldnt want them to be shot and not know why.
