WOW WOW WOW !!!!!! before this expands ..tell WHAT ITS GOING ABOUT theat my name is in same kind ....eee wel just tel what is this all about theat u are talking ..

whats hes saying, Raven, is that my problem was that i didint have administrative privileges to download the update from...wherever. So the MP button would never become active, and i couldnt join you guys on the server. Not sure if your having the same problem, but tis worth a shot.

As the update needs to be done with privilege to write into program folder - anybody with non - admin user right make clear any admin gives privilege of writing to the freelancer directory ...

When I run the launcher it tells me that I can't play multiplayer because it can't find the server to download patches. When I come here and try to download the patch a window pops up telling me that a connection couldn't be established with this server...

(incidently, in the last few hours if I come to this site and don't hit "stop" within 15 seconds after loading I'm rediverted to a 404 Error page saying this site doesn't exist [rofl])

Edit: w00t! patch saved the day! crazy, crazy excitement!
