Ge-Force 4 Mx 440 Drivers

are you changing it through windows or the driver? try the one you didn't try and it might work, as my dad also had something like this with a NVidia thingie and once we changed it through the driver the driver (you know, nice icon in your tray) it worked

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA, the first time I saw this thread's name I thought "Wtf 0.0 who the hell is still using an over-outdated card as an MX 440, I thought they weren't even in production anymore" BWHAHAHAHAHAHA That's killing me Omfg 6 minutes and still laughing.

hey, I started with a G force II, 4 years ago, then I got an (even older) G Force TI 4200 (I think) that is still working.

First tell me pls did you run XP sp 3?

If ur answer is yes then follow pls, i have one mx440 in my "pc box"

First uninstall ur current driver without restart, then..

open C/windows/system32/drivers

and delete all files(usually one) with nvidia description,

restart pc, and after restart you will be able to see only 460x480 res and minimum color settings.This is good sign.

Now try to install this drivers provide by Diablo.Restart again.Everything should run ok after this.

well, now that pc is with my sister, I have a regular 8600GS on my laptop

Try the Omega Drivers for the card much better than 93.71 and if you don´t like Omega or DNA Drivers use 91.36 with these you will have a better Performance. Don´t forget the usage of the updated flconfigdatabase file with your card included otherwise it will run in compatibility mode.
