Crossfire SP

    Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere. I couldn't find a forum post about it.


    I am playing Crossfire SP, and I was hoping to play the SP campaign. But when I started a new game, I got the opening video with Freeport 7 being destroyed. I was a little worried, but I had my fears confirmed. I am playing the Vanilla SP campaign with the Crossfire additions.


    I was hoping that the Crossfire SP campaign was a new experience altogether. Am I doing something wrong, or was I mistaken and the Crossfire SP campaign the same as the original game, but with the added ship, weapons, etc?

    You need to finish vanilla campaign first then continue to CF campaign. Vanilla is sligthly diferent from original FL it's a bit harder but the main story is the same. It is new experiance it looks a way better :-)

    Thanks for the answer. Looks like I am going to have to play the original campaign again. I literally just finished it again this morning. I was hoping there was a way to just pick up the CF campaign from jump street

    I think you can't use saves from FL you need to do it all over again cos mission trigers but it's worthit trust me :-) Remember one thing dont ever use auto save feature just do frequent saves when ever you dock somewhere. Feel free to ask anything everyone in the forum will be happy to help. You can try multiplayer also if you do see ya in space

    You can replay the last vanilla mission an continue from there.
