Hi Odin,
The economy in the game is changed every day - dynamic economy - and the launcher is basically asking if you want to update the corresponding files to their current version server-side.
While this is optional for Single-Player (thus the Yes/No prompt), it is mandatory for Multiplayer, where the launcher does the update automatically.
I agree that it gets annoying at some point, especially when you play within the same 24 hrs and you have already updated the files.
Perhaps OP/Huor can work on an enhancement in the launcher for checking whether the targeted client side files match with the ones server side and only prompt for update when they don't.

the launcher already does that but some files are set to always download due to various reasons
