Looks like a bad internet connection or a firewall blocking access to the update server.

I already asked (but not get reply) about game installation and flmm installation paths. Windows 10 can be itself source of problems when is game installed into system folders (like Program Files, Documents, Users)

Doesn't look like folder problem, more like connection problem.
In case RawPower is situated in latin america I suggest using a VPN like Hotspot shield, that speeds up things a lot and gets rid of connection problems to EU-servers.
In any case it would be good to get some feedback from Rawpower... -
