Why are some Dialogues replaced and some are not?

I use the German Freelancer Version and some Dialogues are German and some are replaced with the English version. Why is that?

CF mod added texts are in English, that's why.

Weil die ich die Mod nur als englische Version veröffentlicht habe.

Es hätte einfach keinen Sinn ergeben für die 5 deutschen Spieler Monate für Übersetzungen, neuen VoiceOvers etc. zu verbringen.
