    So you need a minimum of 65M credits to be able to transfer credits to another user (or another of your chars),

    is there a reason for this? I only have 30M at the moment and would be happy to give some of it to new users, but I can't.
    Can someone enlighten me?

    The reason is to ensure people do not drop below an amount that would allow them to avoid roleplay fines and taxes.
