This has become a battle between OP and DS. There is much to be learned from CF's past, but not the things that either of them want us to see. Read the old threads to get a glimpse of the server's past (since they're there) and move on. I agree with Ruivo; now which one of you two is going to be the adult and stand down? This bickering is a humiliation to the server and needs to stop (whether either of you like it or not). Who are we in the community supposed to represent, voters? Move on and enjoy the game...this is a FL gaming forum, not a stage for mudslinging and campaigning for superiority of character.

Digging up the past is like digging up graves (You will find buried bodies, but you will also find a few zombies that come after you as a result). As said previously this has helped with understanding some of the current issues. But, it is not appropriate - and having read the full details (that you provided, and in other places) I see OP's past actions as justified. This does not mean that the entire episode needs to be repeated.

@DS: Grow up....you were a ServerPolice when you were here. As such I would expect better of you - not behaviour similar to a five year old throwing a tantrum . Until you posted this shit here I actually had some respect for you. Your flaming here has caused me to lose it.

This aught to be very interesting. I tried to do a small scale forum battle with OP and DS at one point. I finally backed down when i saw that neither of them ever would no matter what i said. So if neither of them back down this thread could go on for quite some time. I will definately get some good laughs out of this one.

well i dont like this either... but you cant expect that i stay back and dont defend myself
if i do it would be like i would agree to those accusations and thats something i cant do... simply because its not true
so excuse me at this point but i think i have the right at least to defend myself (and you cant deny that i treat this matter with some kind of humour ^^)

Okay, I suppose there could be a Plan B The other way this could end is if nobody reads or responds to these threads. I'm done even looking at them (ok, so this is an outright lie :P), and I think you should too. We've all been playing with fire for too long at this forum and sooner or later it'll burn the whole place down Let's all stop adding fuel here and now and see if they don't burn out on their own. @OP I do not blame you for defending yourself, i also try to defend myself when possible. I am not taking sides per say, but i do feel that you are right in this. Good luck with this since i feel that both you and DS are very stubborn.

well i dont care about the past...i ll care is that this server is always 15+ people. and a interesting mod that does not have star wars or any other stuff that is not Freelancer/Starlancer related. as long as it has a good story and balanced ships and ofcourse many people( i know i dont get on very much becuase i recently bought Battlefield 2 and i still play jedi Academy ) soo yeah i dont seem comitted but hey i ll still play here. (eventhough i did like evolutions mod but no people more than 10 ever gets on so i quit just to play here ) but regareding clan issues....well i was gone for like a week and came back with a clan being split? then turn police! wow... i dont know why there are soo many people betraying or leaving or threating war... War WTF? how .. by people bashing forums? thats something nerds would do man. but ok whatever if people want to do little bash then fine do it...i ll just read and laugh....ok enough my little rant but hey i got one thing to say....
