CF 1.62 release

    as you might have noticed the server is already running CF1.62 and you can download it from LR


    the CF-Page will contain the download link as soon i did update everything


    the eventmanagers have their rights to give awards (they will have to have the same award assigned to themself)


    the assault event will be done with battleships until im able to find out whats wrong with the miners (need to do some tests)


    and finally the dynamic universe will be activated again this weekend

    even when i finally do it is solid red lag

    yes i just DL'd 1.62 but cannot access server i can wait but dieing to get back to gametime lol.
    i get about 51-55 ping just cant get on for some reason hhhhmmmmm,

    lucky guy`s u can downloade it :evil: ...man i tryed it allrady about same 30 times now and it happens the same thing it stops aat 30 % and tells ether its don or its failed and in both variations i cant get accese to the faile ..damit what could be my probe ..maby it coz i use firefox.. :\ well but i did not have this prob with 1.61 :rolleyes: this is weard .. if enyone can help plz do so coz i am allready depresed about it lol

    @ Raven use the link Blaster posted in this thread it worked for me, just can't get on server even though there is ping.


    a good dl manager to use is getright there are others u can use, i just can't remember thier names.

    I use "Flashget" and never got file corruption or download problems... even if my ping is above 200.

    btw. WHAT means that i have 5 "jets" ? It start from 5 different placee? is that it?

    here is the solution of all your problems ( i think):


    1. save your ID for CF chars
    2. uninstall the game and ALL components (including FLMM, explorer, datastorm or whatever else you are using with freelancer game)
    3. instal the game
    4. instal the FLMM
    5. download CSsetup.exe IN FLMM
    6. in FLMM under mods, you will see that there is a foldrer named Crossfire. Open it and after 1 more opened folder you will see a folder named Crossfire 1.62
    7. copy that folder INTO FLMM under folder "mods"
    8. close all that, run FLMM
    9. activate the Crossfire 1.62 Client Edition mod
    10. run the game, enter your previously ID and PLAY the game
