    I suppose your father couldn't get anything cheaper than this :rolleyes: nVidia GF FX5200 is a sucky card. Here you can't get one of these anymore. At least not a new one. It's so outdated :D

    OMG 8o what was u thinking man!!!! I have only had my PC for under 2yrs now and in that time i have gone through 4 ,YES 4!!! graphic cards and the FX5200 was without a doubt the most 'shittiest' card ever made. It could only just bout run FL in default mode lol

    I have PC from 4 years and i started with GeForce2 MX400 then GeForce4 Ti4200, GeForceFX 5900XT and from 9 months now - GeForce 6600 :)

    i started off with a 2nd hand GeForce 4400ti (that blew up me lol) - FX5200(bad mistake i admit) - R9600XT (not a bad card) - and now i hav just brought the X700 (best 1 yet) :))

    Well i WOULD!
    I have the FX5200 only recently since my dad is not cheap, hi simply don't buy the most expensivest thing in the whole world, because he KNOWS how to save money.


    By the way, since i only have pentium 3(YES! 3, and it's not bad, actually good!!) my FX5200 is not working well, "it kills of my 'outdated' PC" he says.


    Man, why pepole won't understand the i have to be restricted from the best things, and have medium!


    Oh well, that's the end of this post.

    you're right Alon... If middle range product do the job, why buying the most expensive things where we will only use 10% of the capacity of the material... I've for the moment a 5 years old PC with a Nvidia GeForce2 GTS graphic card... with an AMD 1,2 Ghz and 640 Mo DDR and it's enough for most of the things like playing Crossfire...


    Ok next month I will have a brand new one... But it will not have the most expensive graphic card on it ! :)

    I spent some serious money on my gfx cards too. I started on GeForce 2 MX400 64mb. Than i changed to Ati. And it went in this order: Radeon 9000Pro 128mb. Next was Radeon 9800SE@9800Pro 128mb (256mbit). And now i have my Radeon X800Pro@X800XT PE 256mb. And this card just kicks ass for the price i paid [10]

    I have also a long Graphic card story...Geforce4, Geforce 5600, Radeon 9600, Geforce 6800...thinking to change my pc to a new one, with a pci express slot, so will need a new card again... :)

    gf 6800 ultra does good work at pci express
    gf 7800 gt too
    dont test other cards yet but there are many good at the markets some ati cards are not bad

    You guys are crazy, my friend have an athlon xp 2Ghz with an FX5200, and he can run doom 3 at an average of 25 fps.
