Complaint on player Smart-X

    Ok, so it's been about 3 weeks before i made this forum post.


    Player "Smart-X" has violated the [RA] clan rules more than once. Each time he was hailed before I placed a bounty, in English.


    After 3 weeks, my clan and myself has attempted to clear the clan dispute, per our system rules he/she must pay $5,000,000 credits and we will forgive him. Each time he logs off or goes AFK (away from keyboard).


    Today I followed him after again going through Omicron Gamma without hail or message to [RA] member, he is now level 52. After 1 hour of chasing him, he logged off. [RA]PortalEarth and the |DP| clan (both GR police) have caught him breaking sever rules, you may message them for info.


    I did not care until he was level 45, I respect freelancer's and leave them alone. Now it seems a game of cat and mouse. Other clans have messaged me and said he is Omicron Gamma when we are not online. I can only think he does not speak English. See image attached. I chased him to Vega, he was killed by NPC then I followed to Omicon Alpha.


    If nothing can be done I understand, I am just annoyed this player always logs off or changes to another character. I use clan leader command to check player/account ID. Per our system rules, we always message to resolve the issue for 5m credits. He always ignores and runs away. It really is not a big deal, but I respect every other clan and server rule, I just expect same from other player's above level 50.

    @Revan - Please try separate clan issue and server rules issue.


    Clan issues can/should be solved internally, players can simply ignore all clan rules how much they want, if they like consequences which this can bring on them. If player repeatedly break your rules you can (as clan system owner) decide issue KOS order on that played for "defined" time period and shot this guy anytime (except he is oorp, like participate on organised event) and anywhere (except NY and oorp systems like Arena). You can use bounties or hire mercenary(ies) to simply kill him, if they find/see him inside your system (inside that system only).


    Server rules breach should be reported in GR section here on portal (if this is some serious or repeated issue) and for solve this, there can not be taken into consideration issues vs clan. In fact if player make serious issues for your clan, then your clan GR should not decide (alone) about punishment. Or at least should be "what is going on" reported in GR section and we can talk about it there behind closed doors :) .

    Understood. I place bounty every week on him, and he is on KoS list. I'm just annoyed he breaks rules of conduct when engaged in combat. He's broken our system rules more than once. He also already had several issues with GR, even my GR for my clan.
