We’re excited to reveal three awesome new starships that will be added to our growing Tier 6 ship catalog. Each of these ships are an enhanced version of an existing Tier 5 battlecruiser or warbird. Starfleet will have access to the Arbiter Class Battlecruiser, which is a Tier 6 version of the Avenger Class Battlecruiser. Klingons gain access to the Kurak Battlecruiser, which is a Tier 6 version of the Mogh Battlecruiser. Lastly, Romulans will have access to the Morrigu Heavy Warbird, which is a Tier 6 version of the Mogai Heavy Warbird Retrofit. Like our previous Iconic ship bundle, all three of these new ships have been given a 2410 visual update.
Items and Abilities
All three of these new Tier 6 starships come equipped with an Ablative Hazard Shielding universal console. This console’s ability will provide a moderate amount of secondary shielding. After this shielding expires (either through the duration expiring or the shield being destroyed) the starship will receive a large hull and shield heal. In addition, this console also provides a passive bonus to shield hardness and regeneration.
In addition, each of these starships can unlock the Emergency Weapon Cycle starship trait by achieving level 5 in their Starship Mastery. While this trait is slotted, activating Emergency Power to Weapons will provide a reduction in weapon power cost and a bonus to weapon firing speed for the duration of Emergency Power to Weapons.
Costumes
Each of these 3 ships will have its own costume, but can use parts from lower tier ships within the same family. The Arbiter Class Battlecruiser has access to the Avenger Class Battlecruiser’s costume. The Kurak Battlecruiser has access to the Mogh Battlecruiser’s costume. Lastly, the Morrigu Heavy Warbird has access to the Mogai’s costumes and can gain access to the Valdore’s costumes if that ship is owned.
Availability
These starships are all available in the C-store individually or they can be found packaged together in the T6 Cross Faction Battlecruiser Bundle.
