This problem torture me from long time.
After deinstallation of FLCF 1.9, delete of folder "freelancer" in "my documents", i make cleaning of PC with CCleaner and other one program (for more safe 
) and start installation process:
-installing of Vanilla, after that test of Vanilla all is OK
-installing FLMM and run it, all is OK
-open CF2.0 and install in FLMM by request, yes (all steps as administrator)
and here usual CF2.0 mod should be visible, but inactive till i start activation from button and make choice on my preferences in mod.
But (why have to be so easy to me 
) in my case the mod is visible as active before to start it from button in FLMM and choice my preferences. After click on this "active" mod he start to deinstall and then fail of deinstallation. And with this "active"mod i start Vanilla evry time with better picture in menu, some planet with cracks and magma there maybe i don't know.
The irony is my first try of installation on mod was successful 
, but i was without crack on Vanilla and i can't start it, so i start from beginning and i fail. I try different combinations of installation as administrator, normal in different sequences (yeah i know i'm pretty desperate 
)

Looks like you didn't deinstalled FLMM (as CF looks activated and isn't).

maybe also some forgotten registry entry ... or write protection ?

Your registry are not cleaned properly and this very likely lead to problems. Please follow next:
- open the command shell (Start -> Run) type in "regedit".
- In the registry search for the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | Wow6432Node | Freelancer Mod Manager
- There is an entry called "mods\<Name of the mod you have activated>"
- Select this entry and delete it. Now if you restart the FLMM no mod should be active.
Do it and tell result please
