I havn't been able to connect for the last 1½ hour.

Me too but the server is not down (still). However server is nearly empty so other
members obviously connect to it very difficult

ppl online, but I can´t connect either anymore, not after the server rebooted(started
today)

I was on it today til it "rebooted" the console came up with a message "server
rebooting" or something or another... not the regular "auto maintenance" message.. and it's
been screwy since...
happened at 1:00pm GMT(-06:00:00) CST (for us US
peeps)

Yeah when u c the server pinging and on the Global List but with 0,
1, or 2 players, but u cant get on.... Then u know to go play single-player for the rest of
the night cause Nitro, Wolf, or me cant re-boot it remotely from that state.

OP can buy a remote power controller thingie with all the money hes saving with this new
forum server, lol.. Ive seen them advertised in Computer Shopper: by remote console command
it will power-down the server, wait a pre-set time like 1 min then power it up again. But a
second dedicated console channel would be needed (cause the console lock-up was the prob in
the first place), and if the server's main CP Unit has a "soft" power switch then u gotta
re-wire the switch. But they can even be activated by telephone/pagers. Something like that
would prolly be the only way to restart remotely in these cases.

nice idea... but such a
console does already exist... the only problem is that the Flserver.exe wont start
automatically (even if its in autostart)

Crap.. didnt know. Not even using the crusty old DOS "autoexec.bat" or "config.sys"
? Prolly not cause Win needs to be fully booted first... well maybe the command functions in
this magical power box could also trigger a batch file to start the server at a pre-set time
after re-boot... anyone know it they can do this too? If so it would rock.
