Hi,
I'm a noob in regrades to FL modding so please excuse this question if it's stupid 
I want to play FL again with this great mod. However, I saw that Version 2.0 is next to finish. My question is: if I start an new SP campaign now, can I update (reinstall) Crossfire 2.0 to finish the campaign or would I have to replay chapter 1-9 ?
I hope i am not wrong, but i strongly believe you can start now.
Something you might consider before updating/new installation from CF 1.9 to 2.0 :
Make a copy of your savegames located : (mostlikely) C: your data/My Games/Freelancer/Accts/Single Player
Copy all the saves BESIDE Autosave.fl and keep thzem somewhere else in a different namend folder.
After the change to CF 2.0 you can copy them back into the then new installed folder as above.
Should let you keep on with the campaign including the CF-extensions
