Faction Creating tool?

    Hello Guys thought id pop in to ask is there a WORKING Faction Creator tool as Faction Editor 2.0 doesnt work so please can sombody tell me where to get a tool or Send me a link or what ever Thanks in advance -

    there is no other tool than that
    and faction editor 2 should work... except a minor spelling mistake that it creates

    when i try too go on it , it says "Component 'ATLProgressBars.ocx' or one of its Dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or Invaid" what do i do ?
