Cant connect to server

Can't connect to server and when I get on, didconected in few second. Can't undock. My issue only or overall? (Server I see online and ppl in)

Maybe the server don't like you Forlon...hehehe

Anyway, just want to check with you... is the server and the swat portal were downed yesteday... i can't access both btw...

Problem was change in connection settings vs application I use when I want connect using phone as "router". Reinstalling this app resolved troubles.
