  • In last weeks I had more times temporary bad connection to server. I want be sure that problem is with my provider and not something in my PC settings. My usual server ping from my home PC is 42-50 0 1(0). Yesterday it was rly bad in evening hours 70-80 1-5 8-20 which later in night returned to normal (45 0 0). Interesting is, that I during "bad period" tried run test on Pingtest.net - The Global Broadband Quality Test tried test on server in Frankfurt (Germany) ... no pocket lost, ping 60, quality B. I also tried basic DOS ping on server in my country which was 12-15ms which is also OK. I asked today my provider about check my connection, but still I want be sure that my own home setting is OK.

    My provider use this:
Wireless LAN 5 GHz (IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11n)

Any help with this is welcome. If you tell me where to look, I can give here "connection settings details".

  • I wonder if that has anything to do with the slow connection times I have been having off and on for the last few days?
