Something came to my mind while I was playing SP. When I was flying around the mod-made systems like Utopia, X-3043 and Sol, I noticed that there's no mooring fixtures or any sort of station that can receive Capital class ships. I dont know if thats intentional, still worked on, or perhaps impossible. I'm a fan of FL CF Battleships, so I'm hoping for the developers to make the bases and planets accessible to battleships too. So my suggestion is:
1) Develop some mooring fixtures on the new CF systems or,
2) Make an "Ambassador" fighter class ship that represents the battleship for landing on planet or bases without mooring fixtures
I hope the devs considers it 
... trading ship restriction (trains, or special capital class) allows dock less, but still is in Sirius space many bases where you can dock also ships like
