Hello everyone. I am Portalearth. i am *NOT* in any means associated with Focks Industries but merely a voice to release publicly of backdoor deals and conversations between members of political office, corporation fat cats, directors of organizations that "don't exist." By no means is this illegal because last i looked, the Neural Net isn't terribly regulated and finding me is hard because i'm broadcasting through a secret method only taught to...well i'm just messin, but seriously, you can't find this signal or even trace it if you managed to.

But i shall first provide a transcript of a conversation between Mango CEO and it's Business opponent Focks Industries. The Focks Industries rep in the recording is unknown and our experts are working hard find out who it is with only limited access to employee records of FI. Mango's CEO is Jonathon Falla. The recording is dated roughly 5 months before the PALS was released.

FI Rep: I represent Focks Industries. We understand your 'Project Small' is nearing completion, but is missing a component that prevents the device from entering Testing and QA phases.
JF: Okay. So how do you know know about that?
FI Rep: Because we have that component you need...well at least a working prototype and the technical drawing for it.
JF: How?
FI Rep: It's not important. FI is having difficulty keeping costs down. We have a working prototype as well, fully functional and lives up to your plans Mr. Falla. It's only a matter of who releases it first.
JF: So why not just release it and put you at number 1?
FI Rep: Like I said, it's a matter of keeping costs down. You understand what I'm Saying?
JF: I think I do. So what do you want with me?
FI Rep: Focks Industries is willing to give you our Focus Engine prototype and blueprints in exchange for 50% of the Project Small's Revenue
JF: There's gotta be a catch if you aren't asking for money up front. Focks Industries always asks for money up front...even under the guise of a deposit
FI Rep: Well...
JF: C'mon man if there is something that could potentially ruin me, i need to know up front.
FI Rep: Okay...During our testing phase, some of our testers developed some health anomalies...

FI Rep: Well, it was really only one tester. Completely isolated. We through everything 3 times in every conceivable way. It's FI Standard Policy to make sure R&D releases something thats not gonna fuck up and SOP makes sure of that.

This is a pair of emails exchanged by Gloria Selfit, Liberty Secretary of State and Xenos #2 Lieutenant Rorshat Kemnovitz with blind carbon copies sent to John DeLyra, Liberty's Director of Internal and Foreign Affairs; David Mathenson, Chief of Liberty Police; Admiral Dwight LaWalski, Chairman of The Liberty Military Council of Six and Commander of 1st Fleet, and Vice Admiral Julia Benzett, Commander of The 4th Flotilla/2nd Fleet stationed in New London and throughout Bretonia. Basically, The Liberty Government is contracting Xeno terrorists to disrupt trade within Bretonia and weaken Bretonian Armed Forces. I represent the Liberty federal government. We are aware of ever increasing Xeno activity in and around Liberty Space. The President, Myself, and the Naval Council of Six have been discussing how to deal with the increase of activity. Some plans call for units and others call for more...alternative solutions. The Liberty Government, as you may know from the media, is lacking in funds for more pilots, equipment and training. Many reasons are the cause of this, but it's narrowed down to two main causes: Foreign competition and unbalanced budgets.

While the latter may not apply to the Xenos, let alone the rest of the Sirius Sector, but it seems that our preferred demographic for new recruits are pursuing other opportunities among business and trade, freelancing and occasionally piracy. The Liberty government is making internal changes to gain more recruits and among the changes is stimulating an event that will boost recruitment into LPI and The Liberty Navy.

So what does that mean for the Xenos? The Liberty Government and Military is willing to turn a blind eye Xeno operations in Liberty Space in exchange for Aggressive interference with several private shipping companies, foreign government operations and military presence. Another encrypted message will be sent with that list if a deal is reached.

Alternatively we can also provide monetary compensation in exchange for staying out of Liberty Space entirely. This is preferred as it avoids media attention and our long-terms plans will proceed much more smoothly without it. The amount is attached in the second message.

so far we've seen agendas that involve weakening infrastructure through the use of terrorists and business competitors Mango and Focks Industries working together and releasing hardware that has had a history of bugs...well zombies actually....

but here we have something new. It's a schedule created by the Kusari Armed Forces. It outlines something called Operation Seek and Learn. In a nutshell, it seems the Kusari Military is planning to convoy over half it's domestic troops and another one third of all other forces in the Sirius and Altair sector into what appears to be another star cluster somewhere in the Andromeda Galaxy. Why they're transferring over 75% of their entire military force to a galaxy god knows how many millions of light years away is beyond me. and more importantly, with the current technology, how the hell are they going to get there if most if not ALL ships (big and small) built in this era are built for jump gates? Apparently Kusari isn't going over there to look at new planets.

This is a briefing, schedule of operations and execution orders that was....misplaced. It seems to be a message from an unknown, very high ranking Kusari Admiral to what appears to be the brass that commands each of the Kusari Fleets (around 7 total, the 7th is still denied as an actual fleet, but it's probably the worst kept secret in Kusari)

for the last few weeks, i've been in hiding. it seems that my last broadcast attracted some unwanted attention. to keep it simple and to keep my health in tact, i'm gonna be more careful about what i post...

well, i told them i'd think about it....

so what better way to show how much i thought about it with a broadcast about the large amounts of Corruption within the Kusari Government...

Prime Minister Takeo Naketama is widely known for his positive relations with various factions within Kusari space and the Sirius sector. Such relations as Samura Heavy Industries, Republican shipping - Kusari Division and many many more. He uses these relations to improve Kusari culture and infrastructure such as helping the needy get on their feet, restoring and building schools, hospitals. He's widely accepted as the "Greatest of all Kusari Prime Ministers"

But who knew over 60% of those funds come from extortion, blackmail, working with pirate gangs and organized crime and of course embezzlement.

"But Portalearth, how do you know this to be true?"

Well my friends, it's all very simple: The Kusari Government isn't very good at keeping secrets...well if you know what you're looking for.

The Kusari National Legislature, the lawmakers of Kusari, created and passed a bill roughly 3 centuries ago that forced the government to be transparent about it's financial history.

The Author of the law, Representative Dan'Hi Su, 41st District of Hokkaido used these words when he presented the Bill to the National Legislature that got the bill passed with a landslide

So when Kusari found itself in a money crunch about 6 years ago, 4 years after Prime Minister Naketama was inducted into office, the Prime Minister got desperate. Seeing the organized crime and pirate factions clearly making more money, it was decided to capitalize on the funds from such organizations.

So how did he do it without getting caught?

The Outcasts were contact by a government official one stormy evening. In through some crafty bargining and someaggressive negotiations (by which i mean a full scale assault of Omicron Alpha and the near destruction of the Outcasts) It was agreed that funds collected from Outcast piracy will be deposited via donations into Kusari-Based, non profit organization "Kusari Kids Foundation." Ironically, the president of Kusari Kids also happens to be a close aid of Prime Minister Naketama. so a few requests and a threat of the loss of his job, they were able to take funds from the non-profit using various tax loopholes beneficial to the Kusari feds.

pretty messed up, isn't it? taking from at-risk youth to clean up Kusari.

"but wait, couldnt that money go back into the Kusari Kids Foundations"

it could, but it didn't. It would be suspicious to see several million credit donations come out of no where then disappear all of a sudden. A gentleman name Horatio Medina-Gonzales Apaca is the man who deposits these several million credit donations. Who is Mr. Medina-Gonzales Apaca? He just happens to be the notorious and now publicly known leader of the Outcasts (Oops, did i do that?)

so the outcasts "donates" it's piracy loot and the Kusari feds pick it up through taxes

now thats only one of the ways Prime Minister was able to amass billions and billions of credits within a 5 year span.

Let me tell you guys a little story

Once, there was a Russian man from Altair. His name is Vladimir Boronov. Now, if you don't know this guy, that's okay because he doesn't technically exist...well now he does i suppose. Now, I'm sure many of you heard the story about the Altair Secret Service snatching up citizens of both Altair AND Sirius citizens for some unknown reason...maybe you didn't here about that either. Maybe that would explain why there are missing people all over the place now.

So what's the connections between Mr. Boronov and the ASS People snatching? Mr. Boronov is the Executive Director of the Altair Secret Service and technically, his organization doesn't exist either. The Altair Government denied this at first, but when i was able to get into some very...uh....classified...documents of the Altair government, it's found this guy just about has the same authority as President Rudolph Sikorny, Leader of Altair. It's almost as is if ol' Vladdy is the evil side of Mr Sikorny.

So why do they snatch up seemingly random people?

According to these documents, the people they snatch are basically those who say "wait, i'm poor, hungry and out of work...yet i'm told i have everything in the world." These statements can be traced back to the teachings of Karl Marx of 20th Century Earth where when Russia was in a similar situation of being poor, hungry and out of work, but told they live in paradise. it's messed up and it didn't quite work for them. they became a communist nation in the 1930's or so (don't quote me) and fell apart near the end of 20th Century Earth. these people are flagged once by the ASS and if they continue to speak out, they are snatched up and generally never heard from again. It so happens theres a very remote section of New Beijing that houses these fine individuals.

It's crazy isn't it

So if enough people figure out, both in Altair and Sirius, that Altair is lying and stealing from it's citizens and foreigners and being exposed about it, there's going to be revolution. And this reporter is seriously thinking that's a fantastic idea...

Then again, Revolution is always a good idea in this Truther's opinion.

Before i begin the juicy stuff i point to point out something Cantana Focks said in his press statement the other day. He basically "theorized" that it was I who hacked his databas to leak out the reactivation memo. He called me an "information activist." While this is the proper term for what i am, i salute to you Mr. Focks. Not like that bastard Kent Rolphana and the rest of mainstream news demonizing me as a "conspiracy theorist"

Now the House of Reinland has been up to shady dealings...ya know with the nomads, the secret funding of Corsairs and all sorts of stuff. nothing new. Well it so happens I was able to "obtain" an internal memo from Chancellor Maktin to his Secretary of State Wilhelm von Bruschter to order his ambassadors on Planet Manhattan, Planet New Tokyo and Planet New London to conduct espionage-type operations on their respective ambassadorial hosts. the memo goes into how they're going to spy on them and what information they need to listen for. The following is an excerpt of that list

May i remind my listeners that i am NOT affliaited with Focks Industries. Why they named their flagship after me, i don't know. but i'll find out

So, i went snoopin around the Neural net and found some interesting stories about a certain big business owner. I wonder what'll happen if i share them..

Cantana Focks, Founder and CEO of Focks Industries has a pretty interesting past. About 8 years ago, Mr. Focks joined the Crossfire Police Department recruited by an officer of the name Ozymandius. Soon after, Cantana became the Storage Officer for CFPD and later an ASF Fleet Commander (Capital Ship Division). About 5 years ago, he left the Department to pursue other goals in infantry work for an mysterious organization. A year and a half later, Focks returned to space and re-enlisted to Crossfire Police Department. During this time. Cantana Focks earned a reputation for questionable behavior. He once pulled over the pirate Knightshade for suspected FUI, thats Flying Under the Influence. When he proved that he was sober, Focks smashed (by smashed i mean shot at) the tail light of Knightshade's Cayman and arrested him for neglectful flying, speeding in a residential area and unnescessary sarcasm. Another time, while commanding the Mississippi Queen, Focks ordered an Orbital bombardment of Planet Crossfire in the X-3403 System. While the planet sustained moderate infrastructure damage and thankfully minimal casulties, Cantana was *not* reprimanded by his superiors. In fact, the targets he did hit, while not announced, were CSF re-arming stations and airbases. The only people who knew about the targets were Mr. Focks and his Commanding Officer Gunny. Soon after, Mr. Focks left the Crossfire Police Department to enjoy a life of part-time mercenary work. When funds got low and eventually depleted, Cantana disappeared from the Sirius sector and known in secret to very few who still hold this secret today. Rumors sprung he was hiding out on Planet Denver in a secluded region 150 kilometers from the La Junta (pronounced la-HUN-tuh) settlement. Others state he left the Sirius Sector to the Andromeda or even the Canis or Orion Sector. Nobody will know. That brings us about 8 months ago when Mr. Focks started Focks Industries. Very few know how he amassed this great empire and the truth lies with these individuals.

So lets see if Boss Man confirms or denies any of this....should be interesting

Well, i guess that can count as a conspiracy...but considering a criminal history would show up on those Outcasts or be associated with Outcast criminals, it wouldn't pan out well. BAF has a pretty advanced background check system. The best in Sirius actually..
