I just went to Death Valley, recovered the disk, later went to Nephele and recovered the other disk...
Now i dont know where to go; it is because i had to play the SP? it ia bugged?

That Datadisk should say where to find the next ones, as there are 3 Blackdisks with a piece of the Coords for the Altair sector.
The others 3 are in "Secret Storage Containers" (by what I remember), that look like escape pods, in space, in Alaska , Omega 11 and Dublin. Also in Dublin you got the Jumpgate to the system that's shown in the 3 datadisks, so get that one last, follow the new Jumpgate, and the 2nd system after it is the one in your datadisks, so you can go at those secret coordinates.
Though if you chosen "Normal SP" instead of "Open SP" you could start from 0 with the freelancer storyline so you get new Crossfire parts (as they come after you do mission 13, while having this mod installed, not before), as they already take you through Altair, and everything else.
