  • or try to contact G..he loves pc puzzle

  • Yes, the link has exactly the same thing, so just visit support-asus.com :D

    Never had an Asus.

Anyway remember to keep your FL ID on something outside your PC for safety ^^ Some day you might not have the chance to chose wether to format or not... and simply lose what's in the PC.

  • You can find your ID in the Freelancer folder, inside the EXE folder, at a file that says "myflaccountid".

But it is safer downloading an ID manager, and let it pick the whole account data, and just save the data the ID Manager gives. Adding that data to another ID Manager can let you have more FL IDs at once, and also, a safer way to transport your data :D

But this is you can enter your "ex-harddrive".

  • The laptop died ? how exactly ? xD

never seen or heard how a laptop dies... I guess something broke at it which is not repairable.

  • that's what us old folk say when something stops working :) (black screen and after two or three minutes keeps shutting off----sometimes just after 10 or 15 seconds) This laptop was I think 5 or 6 years and I thought it wouldn't be worth the cost to fix it so I took harddrive out and made it into an external harddrive and that is where I made my backup for this laptop
