Portal Update

    Next week. Next updates.
    Today i finished updating +20 areas on the portal.
    Mostly bugfixes were done aswell as minor improvements and functionality addons to already existing features.
    Mostly the Ticketsystem and the Achievement system got updated while the Achievement system got functionality extensions to the portal galleries and to the user blogs.
