People without honor reload, except the new players which don't know the server well yet.
I fought many reloaders too -_-

Report them, they will get bankrupt sooner or later if they don't stop reloading.

Why report if it is not against the rules???

If being lame was against server rules more than one player would get hit by the ban hammer

If somebody is abusing it way too much (not just 10-20 times), it won't be ok for the fair play rules.

Ahem, first of all I am against reloading in a PvP match, I am not saying Reloading is cool, all I'm saying is reloading by OP's rules that we all have to play by is it is cool..... and I was there in X for most of the time... he reloaded once in the whole war/fight thing....

The official rules state clearly Section 2C
Player vs Player Combat

There is a rule containing a contrary situation.
At one point you are not allowed to reload during PvP - Excluding being in a train (which could also apply to large transport or any other Train-Class vessel)
At another point you are also not forbidden to reload during PvP

This is a situation which will always lead to confusion and some sort of agression between players.

Some players will justify reloading with the part where you are not forbidding to do so.
Others will convict reloading using the part where you are not allowed to do so during PvP.

OP does know already that there is a situation which needs to be cleared out. Either no or yes. (exeptions for train class ships might still remain in place)

But until OP did change the official rules to a definite sentence about reloading, I would ask you to not argue about it. Since it does not lead anywhere but frustration at one point.

People who reload during PvP will have to deal with that others will avoid playing with them in the future.

Ah its k it all happenes, and If you took it as me calling you out sorry :$ anywhoooo, for your first Q, When I was there (hell this all started with me) I counted once, both because I was with BLK_OPS and one person yelled reload which was BG at that time... as for your second one I have no Idea; its clan tags you can just call me 50

This matter is simple and does not need any discussion: Penalize Bots/Bats use in PvP and/or add in the sentence the word "abuse" to limit it even further in the light of the possibility that one keeps reloading by "accident" in the course of different PvPs. It is custom on this server not to reload during PvP and what is custom should become a fixed rule.

PvP =/= fighting against a Train BUT this rule should not cover Freighters such as APC or Bullpup or whatever (Picard has shown more than once that it is very possible to own a VHF with an APC)
