If you are truly willing to host events for the next few days. I would gladly donate .. lets say.... 250 million (two-hundret-fifty million) credits to the char, which is going to be the one hosting the events.

I'll back you up financially too. I have about 150 million on my EM, but GR is there, and the fine command works (would be on other, inactive EMs with craploads of moneys).
