I was wondering wich DK system is the Capital House system because it seems like a bunch of unorganized systems to me......
I have seen some council-bases out there but they should have like a base on the size of jubiter as a HQ

Resident CF Xeno-biologist here... You'll find your information in the latest release of the SAL Xeno Guide in my signature Grand, look on page 19.
Awesome Tnx Dwed
probably the DK have a different kind of structure and society that is not based on a normal hierarchy
But the DK stations are bio-organic....they had to be spawned from somewhere....wouldnt it be a big boss like a queen/overmind something
no
Or they could have been grown on a pre-built artificial structure, i.e. metallic skeleton...

This may be true OP... But unless they are a "hive" oriented society, i.e. like the BORG from Star Trek or like the CF related alien race, the Dom'Setek, where they all share a consciousness through a "linked" mind, all other organizational methods of social structure have a single leader of some sort or perhaps, a very small ruling group or body of members of a governing entity.
Besides, in the description of the planet in question that I sent to Grand, it basically says on the description for planet "Snockr" that it is where a large majority of Dom Kavash live (9 million to be exact, across 9 major cities, 1 million per city est.) and therefore it's assumed it's the capital planet due to the highest population observed. (yes, I've read all the info on all the Dom'Kavash systems planets) AFAIK, the Kavash's social structure is that of an empire, therefore, they typically have a single, absolute ruler.
OH yes Grand, just because they are bio-organic doesn't mean they weren't aren't bio-engineered either... The Dom'Kavash created the Nomads for pete's sake, that means they literally can create life, even though it still runs off a power source of their design and by all intents resembles organic organisms in nature...
so maby they altered their own Dna to make them self the ultimate beings + some millions of years of evolution ontop of that........it kinda sounds like the Reepers from Mass Effect.
I'd say that's an entirely logical conclusion Grand.
