    Due to attacks against new players in New York (i got tons of screenshots meanwhile showing even clan members doing that shit) that system was set back to be a protected one.
    PVP in NY was not allowed (only exception -> players hiding from RP there) and killing players infront of manhattan is a violation of server rules.
    This will no longer tolerated!
