My Gaming Headset for CF

    Well i use the old X4 tho but the sound is so realistic so i get chills on 40% sound lol :wacko: ...and the headset is uber comfertable i got a fun storry abbout that...i usaly wake upp 3-5 AM and play CF before work at 10 AM and one time i went in the car and drived all the way to work before i noticed the headset was on my head lol :xD: ...thats what i call a confertable headset....and it have like a million outputs on the back u can conect Xbox 360, PS3, PC, TV ect ect annything u can think on that have a audio jack output...and it have a Digital output for HQ sound i use that on my TV when it is conected to my PC :D

    If annyone wondered why he is menshioning xbox all the time it is becouse xbox is the main sponsor of the headset so just ignore that guy saying xbox all the time coz it can be used on evrything.

    My brother has one of these Turtle Beach headsets, and it really is phenomenal. I used to work in a radio studio, and have listened to (and owned) some very high-end gear. For their price, the Turtle Beach headsets are strikingly good.


    And, yeah, ignore all of the xBox talk. I think these headsets would be much more popular if they did not say "xBox" on them!


    The Dolby circuity does its magic even with a normal sound card. Of course, it cannot create sound that is not there in the first place, but I would invest in the headset first, and sound card second. The headset will make any sound card sound better.


    The only thing that I thought was lame is that only the headphones are wireless (on the wireless model, of course). The microphone requires a cable, which is a show-stopper for me.


    But, if you only want the headphones, or if you don't mind a cable, then I don't think you can beat the Turtle Beach headsets for under $200. The wired version is a "bargain" (compared to other high-end equipment) at half that price.
