from what i know of, you are alowd to do such things but i am not 100% sure about that

One of the licences is for your primary RP (police/pirate/mercenary/smuggler) and the second one is for ASF/CSF, and as such combination can be mounted normally (ie. mercenary + CSF, or police + ASF).
You should ask GRs or clan members for ASF/CSF licence, but read first about that conflict and then decide which side to take.Mounting two licences of different RPs (like police & mercenary, or pirate & smuggler) is not allowed.

i will add that before getting a ASF/CSF license you need to be accepted in one of the 2 faction. There is a tab in your profiel where you can request to join either the ASF or CSF. Post an application there and wait for a ASF/CSF Commander to reply.
Also, you gotta know that once you decide which side to choose you will not be able to change until the conflicts restarts so think first before choosing anything !

What is the difference between these two factions ??? So that we that are new to Crossfire can choose what faction is right for us .....

Alliance Star Fleet [ASF] => CFPD / BG / SA / UR / IOC
Condeferated Strike Force [CSF] => PX / FALLEN / LP / DC / SMG
ASF vs CSF is a political war. That RP takes the last week of each month. Both factions are fighting for systems(There's a ASF/CSF Map somewhere in here). ASF/CSF wants to control Sirius of course,.. and they fight for it. So one of them would prevail.
It's your call in which one you'll join.

You can also join the fight without joining a clan....
but you'll have less comunication, and with who to comunicate, and you need certain skill lvl to participate
ASF are for union of the universe in a peaceful space.
CStrikeFores are for dictatorship and separation of the universe
To unify ? or to destroy... your choice
