Well, actually, your graphic card is getting hotter (near overheat) and it makes such errors... or your card driver is a bit old

Ppl don't get close of that guy if you don't want to try his high technology signal disruptor lol (which fvcks your camera )

Well, it had to gone after you restarted the PC, or let it cool down
