we are trying to rent Nephele and here is the system rules as requested
Rule 1. If a [UR] member is online outsiders have to ask a [UR] member if they wanna pass tru our clansystem and players under LV 40 can pass tru without permission but arent alowed to buy annything without permision and SA will have full accsess.
Rule 2. if a player buys a ship/uppgrades without permision HE/SHE will have to pay a 5 mil penalty or sell the ship/uppgrades.
Rule 3. no pirating alowed inside the system
