Setting Affinity

  • For those of you who are running a dual or quad core, remember FL/CF is not designed to use the multi-core dynamics.


    By setting the Affinity to 1 core during your game play. you will have better performace and less issues.


    Open Task Manager then to Processes tab.


    Find Freelancer.exe and Right click , then pull down to Set Affinity. Only check one core then play the game.


    freelancer must be running to do this and you have to do it each time you play the game.
