Officer down...officer down

After few hours of struggle, i am down...

Yesterday, after normal changing from my Store char to another, CF crash on Desktop and error message appear(standard error message:"would you like to send this message to Microsoft...)
I try few times but nothing.I delete second ID and then try, but nothing again.
Game crash to desktop at the same place:" 24/7 Swat crossfire"
in short i can't see any of my 5 char.

My second ID account, working ok.

Today i spend few hours in trying to settle this problem, but unfortunately nothing.

After all, i uninstall:Freelancer, Crossfire 1.7 FLMM, FLID, then install all this again, but game crashing on desktop again

I have full store of equipment and more then 1 billion at 5 char (about 1.5billion)but more important is: TIME... more then 1oooh of playing over 2000 PvP...

ps

i using FLMM 1.31 and i install this game and mood many times before.
I have both ID account numbers.
and i wrote this to save your time guys.

btw i heard from ppl in game; overload store can be a problem, but only with store char, i never heard that this can affect all char under ID.

No problem for me to install fresh windows and all progs.(uhh... few hours of pain in the @$$)but i am not sure this is a problem, and can this help at all, in this matter?

Maybe i have more then 100 in store, last night I was caught because of sudden events ... and money is not my problem, i always fund new ppl and SFP members ofk..

Like i said before i was caught because of sudden situation( i always take care about amount of equipment, but last night )
and money, equipment as well not a problem, delete of character too... after all life is life...show must go on...

I try 10 times and nothing.But now game doesn't crash, instead this i receive message:

"Please wait. The request operation is taking longer then expected.
Press ESC to cancel"

This is it Crysis, now i receive same message like one, when you depart in space and can't switch immediately to another char.
(maybe in in my case only, ok)

i reinstall game twice and nothing, same message again, but my second ID work, i check before 5 minutes.

uh thx i use Regcure and cleaner progs can be big pain in ur a...btw

i wait for OP, if he said that everything is ok now, then i know what to do *format C* and nice new fresh copy of windows xp sp3...

about me nothing strange and hidden 100% i assure you, and i send you my main ID nr via PM.
and what will happen with my chars...? i have 5 char bound for this account.

Thx man, i appreciate ur help, but pls inform me before delete anything, i am ready to install fresh win XP.
And something strange happened when i last time install FL;CF and FLID. Two identity ID's appear in FLID manage window (my main ID), but after few minutes all back to normal and i was able to add my second ID?
