People going to events

    Ok, here's the setout: did my best to organize a TDM tonite. Got a new player (Rex Nebular) to take part and we managed to get him from Tokyo to X to take part.
    Diablo was taxing in X and sent one guy who wanted to take part (SFP Mellon) back to NB.
    So i politely ask Diablo to let that other player through and not tax him. Even used the word please, if anyone remembers that.


    Next thing i see is the console message that Diablo killed Rex Nebular and sent him back Tokyo.


    I'm a bit miffed (royally pissed off it is, actually) right now, as you can imagine, after investing a good half hour to get an event running only to see some idiot (that would be Diablo) to fuck it all up.


    Dunno if he did anything that's against server rules, but the fact remains that i'm pissed off and that he's an idiot.


    To sum it up: That was just one time too many i've been pissed off when i tried to manage an event, i would expect people to help with getting events running, not fucking them up.


    ps: no, i don't regret my language. maybe tomorrow i will, today it fits my mood just about perfectly.

    Actually players going to an event are given the courtesy to go to the event without incident as long as it is known.


    So therefore, Champ is wrong imo.

    the events have priority and i can not see that that guy violated any system rules while he was trying to fly to the event


    the event managers do alot of work to keep the events running and it is not permitted to "sabotate" their work
    the kill was unneccessary and if it happens again ill take actions against the player which did the kill
