  • As the title suggests....... Has anyone got freespace 2?? and what is their veiw on this game? Im asking this because i recently download and played the 'Beyond the Red Line' demo and was quite impressed by what i saw, then looked at video's and was even more keen to check out the full game. Anyone got some feedback pls 8)

  • I have played the normal game Freespace 2 long time ago. Dont know about 'Beyond the Red Line'. All I can say is that I liked the game. For $5 its defenetly a most having game ....enjoy ;)

  • Beyond the Red Line is a Battlestar Galactica Mod for freespace 2 :D

  • Holy WOW dude :D i'll have to look at the details for that as i've found a CD copy on the net that i've ordered and hopefully be here by the weekend :D Did thy to download from GOG.com but everytime i created an account..... it failed to let me login. so i sent GOG an E-Mail telling them the problem..... 2 weeks later, no reply and still no access. Thank God (or that bloke who invented them) for CD's lol

  • There are more than 1000 files available for download in the SWAT database...does ANYONE ever think to look there for game files?? I'm pretty sure we have a whole section devoted to FreeSpace & FreeSpace2... ?(

    Try to buy a copy of the game, and then download the upgraded version from the Freespace Source Code Projekt.

    I suggest what you install the Freespace Port 3.1.1

    It's a remake of Freespace 1.
    If you play first Freespace 1 and then Freespace 2 you will get the whole story.

  • Thanks guys :D My copy of FS2 'finally' arrived through the post today. Yippee!!! However, i will not get the chance to actually try it out until sunday. Have my 2 girls over and planning day out with them :D But also i would like to thank all who replyed to my post and the surport shown by this gr8 community.
