If you need a savegame, i do not have sorry,(because i am playing in multiplayer) ,but.. my father playings CF in single player so.. I'll ask him and if he has.. I'll let you know

Newer versions of Crossfire are not compatible with old versions; in any case, 1.8 is still weeks from release...

It takes me close to 9 hours to complete the CF SP.

My cash problem is having too much after playing for a long time.
It would be nice to have a bank or two to deposit or hide some away...just in case.
Not many would have this problem, but having a safety deposit box to dump gold, diamonds, credits, etc., would be a valuable resource.
With my money, I could open a bank and make loans too.
Just a thought....
You might want to talk to Mr. Vyssotsky in the game. He's pretty well off too, but i never heard he's got a problem with too much cash.
Buy trains to store your stuff, park them in X-3043 (in space) and load them first every time you get on the server. Every once in a while, when DK are invading X, you'll have a clean and also empty train, docked at your last spawning point.
Alternatively, you could also finance events. Right now i'm the only one to run an event, but as soon as other events are running too, that's a good way to get rid of your money.

go to new london buy commodities vip then sold it in any 2 station infront of new london docking ring....
buy
new london
- vip = 600
sell
to two station
- vip =1200
u can do this at any station or dockable place also over and over as u need to help u start out...
strategy to fight npc...
- get stunpulse
- use strafe
- reverse thrust for quick u-turn
(this will help a lot cuz u will return to full speed as u
let go the button)
master the engine kill.
key configuration is also important.
and get an agile VHF - they are good for trading too
