People, I'm planning to do a homage 
Until now, I can't talk so much, but I need help to translate a text in English to any other language you dominate, except Brazilian Portuguese, German, Italian and French, which are already translated. Any help is very very welcome.

i just say that you should concentrate yourself on the important stuff like your mod instead of creating something that many others tried to create before
yep website is one of tha last things you need to worry about.
and btw most of the CMS have community-created language/translation packs.

The text is 2 paragraphs long, so it didn't taken much of my time from FL:EU. Also, I already told you I want release the first version (alpha) in the next month, so I'm working a lot on this, but, without somethings fixed, there are some problems ahead -.-
no not automatic. If you use a somewhat-recognizable CMS, they all have human-done translations (for teh interface not your own text ofc) so don't knock 'em 'till you try 'em 
What is CMS
List of CMS's. See only the free/open-source ones. You need to look through all of them and find the one that suits you best.
I can suggest you to check out Drupal, e107, Joomla!, Mambo, PHP-Fusion, PHP-Nuke but there are many more good CMS's -- you need to find the one which suits you best. and most of them have very active communities which provide themes, plugins, language packs etc.
i wonder why everybody needs to use standard stuff instead of stuff that can be called "eye catching"
well flash sure kicks ass but remember: multi-language flash ain't as easy to make as single-language.
well - this is an internation gaming site... with the main language being english

reading again all the thread, I noticed you didn't understood what I'm talking. the thing is: I need to translate a 2-paragraph long text, nothing about hosting, translating forums or anything like this. and the problem is i have only 1 week left...
