I downloaded CF and everything but when i click on the FL symbol something comes up saying component MSINET.OCX or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. Whats up with that?

I ned this information for SP use only: does enyone know what file must be removed from Crossfire in order to modify all the "config" files? One can modify shiparch.ini and add hardpoints with UDF editor but will not be able to increas cruise spead or modify weapons colors. What kind of Freelancer is that if you cannot arange your SP game? It`s somehow funny. Playing a SP game you can modify a digit and become invincible but you can`t modify your weapons? I`m not trying to be impolite, I apeciate very much the work of Crossfire`s creators, it`s a good game. Please give me the name of that crafty file so I can show it what for.

Modifying the Crossfire code is a violation of the licence agreement and wont be tolerated.
As you might already have been noticed the internal security system of Crossfire doesnt like such modifications aswell.
The mod has to be played in the same way it was provided by us. -

Hiho.
I got problems now [04.10.2008 02:45 local time] to connect to the game server. Launcher says E12 - connection error. If i start in single player and switch to the multi player section it shows around 6 ppl online.
Well connection is not my problem. Server is available via ping... Launcher simply doesn't work proper (my assumption)...
Temporary failure or down due to maintenance?
Gonna test it tomorrow... -
I started my launcher without any troubles, might be something on your end :D, if something doesn't work for me I usually just reinstall it and then it's Ok.
