sorry, i have no idea what a rumour writer is or does.
but rumour has it that there is indeed a very good writer roaming this board. unfortunately, since he es extremely handsome and is wearing a wide brimmed hat, he gets so much attention from beautiful wenches that he's got almost no time left to write, let alone leave the bed
of course that's only a rumour, as said before. -
and his name starts w/ "A" and if i remember right, his one leg is floating somewhere in space

like rumors in bars, you click on NPC, he says "ive never seen u here so stfu" or something like that and then give you some crappy information so you wish to beat him up for wasting ur time but u cant cos that sucker never undocks
