In most cases you do not need to use comercial Programs anymore, because most of the open Source Tools are running as good as the comercial ones and have a faster update row as long as they are exsisting.

And what you need is one stable version as long as the new server is online.

Wavey, AusLogics Defrag does have command line to add to scheduler.

its: diskdefrag.exe -drive C -type (full or quick)

ppl u r complicating it too much.

op, if u already have a licence for o&o defrag server, just check if u can continue to use use it on the newest version without paying (check ur agreement and invoice) and finito. i don't know which version u've got, so i can't be for sure, but as far as i see, agreement might allow usage of licences on new version anyway.

on the other hand, if u have to pay, jkdefrag is not great, it is more than that, so u can use it without fears (read the review, plz).

well:

1. u r not into paying (at least not too much),
2. u r not into using cracks,
3. u need a steady solution for win 2003 x64,

so i propose:

1. jkdefrag (free, and good; give it a try a few months, u will see if it does the job - it does on a few sql servers i am managing),
2. raxco perfect disk 2008 server (which is 99$) - my personal commercial product choice - used only once thou,
3. o&o defrag 10 server (which is 249$, but quite good, thou i think perfect disk is better, have not used so far, only previous standard version).
