Where to find specific skills?

I recently bought a ship & it appears that i don`t have the required skills to pilot one. Can someone tell me where to find Destroyers level 1? I`m currently sitting in Renyn.

Anyway, i`ve found what i looked for. And to avoid that someone asks the same what i did here`s how i found it:

Open the ''Market'' menu. There you open the ''Search'' tab, and enter the Item you want to find. But be sure, that you enter the EXACT NAME or it won`t find what you`re looking for. When it has found what you want, click on it & 2 lists will open on the Right side. The top list ''Sellers'' are the ones who sell that specific item. And ''Buyers'' is well... the quite opposite. Then just right click on the location, set waypoint & engage autopilot.
